Not all goals are created equal.
While some will make you feel accomplished, fulfilled and empowered, others will just drain you and will actually decrease your level of self confidence and self esteem.
It is really important (and sometimes not so easy!) to know how to distinguish one from the other, and in order to do that you will want to understand what types of goals are out there. Then you can learn a lot from just looking at your goals and analyzing why you set them the way you do. And this is exactly what this episode is about.
