How do I know that, you ask?

Hello! My name is Olena, and I want to tell you a story...

It was February of 2015. And I was living my life on autopilot.

I had been married for 9 years, but there was no true partnership in my marriage.
I had built a successful career, but it wasn’t fulfilling me.
I was unhappy with my body, but I wasn’t doing anything to change it.
I had a 3-year-old daughter, but my life was so dull and unexciting that I barely enjoyed motherhood. 

I had checked all the boxes of a “normal” or “successful” life, and still I didn’t feel happy or successful. I didn't feel anything.

And then something happened changed my life forever.

A random conversation with a colleague of mine made me suddenly realize that I wanted more from my marriage. I wanted to love and feel loved. I wanted to respect and be respected. I wanted my marriage to be a partnership of two people who intentionally decided to experience their lives together.

And I also realized that my current marriage would not give me any of that.

But I had a daughter. And I started this battle with myself: to keep the family for her or to file for divorce.

10 months and millions of doubts later, I made a decision:

My daughter doesn't need a family. She needs a happy family. And she needs a happy mom. And if that means divorce, then so be it.

For many people (including my husband), this came as a complete surprise. I heard a hundred times that I was crazy. But I stood up for my decision.

this was the first pivotal moment in my life.

After that, I started questioning everything:

Who am I?
Who I want to become?
What do I want to do?
Where do I want to live?

I felt like I could open any door I wanted. I felt like I could do anything I wanted, and live anywhere I wanted.

The problem was – I had no idea what I wanted.

I looked for answers everywhere. I traveled the world – to the most remote places. I read books and tried things. I spent hours googling, "How to make the right decision". And still, I had no idea what to do with my life.

I spent months chasing answers, unsuccessfully. And then I decided to stop. I decided to just be – just live my life in the moment. 

I decided to trust that someday the answers will come to me. And until then, I will patiently wait.

And it helped. Several months later, I woke up in the morning knowing exactly what I want to do. There was a job offer that had been sitting on my table for the last 6 months that I kept rejecting. And that morning, I decided to accept it.

Accepting that job offer meant I needed to move to another side of the world. With the 4-year-old. As a single mom. Again, people told me I was crazy. But I was 200% confident it was the right decision. I had no idea what I was getting myself into, but I felt MORE excited than ever before in my life. I was SO ready to find out what was waiting for me out there.

this was the second pivotal moment in my life.

For the first time ever, I was learning myself. I was learning to be at peace with myself. I was learning to be complete as myself.

Getting to know myself helped me understand what life partner I wanted to have by my side, and what life partner I wanted to be. And once I got clear about it, he found me - literally

One evening, I felt this strong desire to update my dating app profile that I hadn’t touched for months. And 2 hours later, I got a message from my future husband. His message was so different from all others, and he said that something on my profile really caught his attention – and it was something I had just written!

THIS NEW RELATIONSHIP WAS SO DIFFERENT FROM MY PREVIOUS MARRIAGE.

It strengthened my feeling of being complete, being enough. It filled me with energy needed to finally change my relationship with my body. 

Someone who used to hate physical education with passion, I fell in love with fitness! I got in my best shape ever, and all without torturing myself with diets and while loving every minute of it!

In was the end of 2020 when I suddenly realized that...

i had completely transformed my life.

I realized that...

In 5 years, I accomplished 10x more than in the previous thirty years of my life!

And I was feeling 10X better than ever before! 

It was like a ripple effect: a set of life-changing events that all started with one simple conversation, and then developed one from another.

But I took me five years – way too long. And so I asked myself,

"How can I replicate this experience? How can I condense it and turn it into something that other women will be able to use to transform their lives in 6 months or less?"
and then i spent months analyzing all those pivotal moments and events in my life. i got curious about what was so special and impactful about them. and i identified the following 6 key principles – principles that allowed me to 10x my life:

1)

everything in our lives is interconnected. you cannot uplift one part of your life without uplifting others.

When we create a positive momentum in one area of our life, it helps elevate other areas too. But in order to make it work, we need to know what our life consists of. And it goes way beyond just "work" and "life". We need a full, holistic, detailed picture of our life.

So, what I learned was:

if you want to level up your life, you need to look at it as a whole.

2)

change is good, and pivoting is a natural part of the journey.

You don’t need to know the whole path in order to take the first step. Moreover, you will never even know know your path until you take that first step. The journey will unfold in front of you as you step on it – as long as you are intentional, flexible and open-minded.

So, what I learned was:

if you want to succeed, you need to stay flexible and be ready for change.

3)

RIGHT DECISIONS FIND US WHEN WE ARE IN HARMONY WITH OURSELVES.

The answers you are looking for are not out there, they are within you. And in order to uncover them, you need to look inside yourself. The only way to make the right decisions and to set the right priorities (those that will feel right) is to ensure they are aligned with who you are and what is important to you in life.

So, what I learned was:

the way to build confidence is not to fix what you're bad at. it is to capitalize on what you're good at.

Saying, "Don't be afraid, just do it!", won't help you build self-confidence – all it does is dismisses your fear. Instead, confidence is built over time through action. It is about being afraid and still taking action because of how important this action is to you. And then learning from that action how strong you actually are, and capitalizing on that strength.

So, what I learned was:

in order to push forward, you need to maximize your strengths.

we need joy and positive experiences in life in order to see opportunities around us.

We all seek life opportunities, ways to solve problems and achieve desired results – and they are already around us. The caveat is, in order to see them we need to be in the right state of mind. External pressure, stress and overwhelm prevent us from seeing those opportunities. The paradox is: the more we fixate on a particular result, the more we stress about getting there, the more we ignore all the good that is happening in our life today – the further we are from actually achieving that result.

So, what I learned was:

if you want to achieve your future goals, you need to live your life to its fullest today.

6)

focusing on one thing at a time is way more EFFICIENT than stretching yourself.

When we try to do 10 different things at once, we give each one of them 10% of our energy at best. As a result, we achieve mediocre results everywhere, and it doesn't motivate us to keep going. On the other hand, when we choose one area to focus on and when we give it 100%, we can really move the needle. And it creates that positive momentum that we can now continue building up on.

So, what I learned was:

in order to achieve 10X results, you need to focus on one goal at a time.

And then,

I built the Life Design system around these 6 principles – so you can achieve 10X results in your work and life.

And, I created the unique learning program – so you can successfully master this system without leaving your home, and in as little as 6 months.

Core values are things that are important to you in life – principles, beliefs, ideas. And I am not talking here about some abstract concepts that everyone throws out there so easily without putting any meaning in them.

I am talking about things that you care about so deeply that you are ready to fight for them in your life.

It is when you act in line with your values that you feel the most happiness, joy and fulfillment. And it is during those moments that you know that your life is not meaningless anymore.

Uncovering your core values is the second component of Life Design. 

Mastering your core values allows you to set the right priorities and make the right decisions in life. And it fills your life with purpose. Because purpose cannot be found – it can only be created in the process of us expressing our values in life.

Here's some more answers for you...

DO I NEED TO COMMIT TO SIX MONTHS?

Yes, the program duration is 6 months on purpose. I strongly believe that creating any long lasting change takes time. It can never happen overnight. My goal is to not just give you the Life Design System, but to ensure that you know exactly how to use it, meaning you have successfully practiced it inside the program, as well as applied it in your own life and have seen results. Also, the true magic lies in connections that you build along the way – both with me and with other members. And it takes time to establish those connections and to get the most value out of them.

WHY SIX MONTHS? WHY NOT shorter OR longer?

From my experience, 6 months is the perfect runway time. It's not too short, and so you won't have to rush through things and will be able to practice several monthly and quarterly cycles to make sure you have fully mastered it. And at the same time, it's not too long – you won't feel like you are not getting value out of the program anymore.

what is the required time commitment?

If you combine all live sessions and events, it is about 3-4 hours per week, plus about an hour of homework per week that you complete independently. 

i have no control of my schedule, will i be able to make it work?

If you have a busy schedule that you can barely control, then you absolutely NEED this program right now! It will equip you with the knowledge and tools required to shift your life balance – you will learn how to work with parts of your life that you CAN control in order to make your life more sustainable, more enjoyable, and eventually to steer your whole life in the right direction. This is THE way for you to prevent burnout and overwhelm and to successfully navigate your busy life.

will i be able to stay in the program after six months?

Absolutely, yes! Moreover, I hope you do! After 6 months, you will be able to switch to month-to-month commitment, or feel free to take it from there on your own!

what if the program doesn't work for me? can i get a refund?

First of all, let me reassure you that I will do anything I can to help you achieve the desired results. However, if after spending a couple weeks inside the program you will realize that it's not for you, I will absolutely respect your decision. I will be able to cancel your membership and issue a refund within the first 30 days after you join the program (after that no refund will be possible, but I can still cancel your membership so you won't get charged in the future).
