5 things to start doing in 2022

As 2022 is quickly approaching, we here at Breverie are starting to set our own goals for next year. And we really want to prioritize our wellbeing this year.

We came up with a list of 5 things that we want to (and will!) start doing in 2022, consistently, and we thought we’d share them with you! Hope you find it helpful! ?

Focus on the essential

Are you spending your time wisely? Are you focusing your attention on things that matter the most?

Define your essential, your priority, and don’t be afraid to say no to everything else. You don’t have to do everything at once.

Multi-tasking is a lie!

Try focusing on one thing at a time, and you will see how much more you can accomplish!

What is your essential? What is your priority?

Do what makes you feel better

Before you start working on something, ask yourself, “Why am I doing it? Is it really going to make me feel happier?”

Don’t do something just to prove to someone else that you can, or just because everyone else does it. Do it if it makes YOU feel better or happier!

Because this is why we are doing it in the first place, right?

Prioritize mental health

Stop judging yourself. Stop comparing yourself to others. You are unique, and so is your definition of happiness and success! Embrace your journey and learn to enjoy every moment of it!

Don’t be afraid to say no to things that affect your mental health. Start to really make it a priority.

Create a safe space for yourself. Space where you can focus on you, on your needs, and your desires.

Because you matter!

Follow your true passion

Is there something you have always wanted to do, but never did? Well, now it’s time to do it!

Don’t wait any longer.

Trust yourself and your journey – the path will unfold right in front of you as you step on it!

Appreciate and celebrate every win

Let’s stop focusing just on the end result, but instead let’s learn to enjoy the journey.

Our life consists of so many little things that are worth noticing, of so many little wins and victories.

Let’s learn to appreciate and celebrate them!
