Does any of this sound familiar?

You wake up before dawn, and by 10am you've already had two cups of coffee to keep yourself afloat (three on a bad day). You power through the day, and when you get home and your kids want to play with you, the only game you can possibly play is the one where you lie still on the sofa pretending to be dead.

All you want is to sleep all the time. 

You refuse to plan any activities—you just don't have any energy for it.

You are tired of it. You want to have fun with your life—instead of constantly feeling like a zombie!

You've tried all the advice you could find online, and it either didn't do anything (like working out more, spending more time outside, or buying some new fancy multi-vitamins), or it just doesn't make sense for your life (is it made for people who are retired and whose kids are in college?).

You even went to see your doctor and got your blood work done. And it came back perfectly fine. Part of you even wished the doctor had found something—at least then you would know what the problem is!

I know exactly how you feel...

My name is Olena Mytruk, and in 2017 I moved to the US from Ukraine as a newly divorced single mother with my 4.5-year-old daughter.

I had a kid, a full-time job, and no help—no friends or family members. So I needed to navigate work, parenting, and overall settling in a new country all on my own.

This transition wasn't easy for me, and it definitely wasn't easy for my daughter. Her mood was very fragile, and she would throw tantrums almost every day. It would happen randomly at home and in public places, and often those tantrums were so bad that I wanted to pull my hair out—I simply didn’t know what to do...

During that time, I felt tired all the time.

I would pick up my daughter from daycare, we would go to the playground for an hour, and then would head home. And every day, once we got home, I had to take a nap before I was able to cook dinner—otherwise I simply wouldn't make it.

I am a very active person, and I absolutely hated feeling this way. I wanted to have energy to play with my daughter, to go on trips, to explore new places, to simply have fun!

I went to see the doctor hoping they would tell me what was wrong with me. The doctor didn't identify any problems, and recommended to "reduce the amount of stress" (I have just moved to another country and I am a single working mother!), and to "spend more time outdoors" (so, one hour every day is not enough?). Well, that wasn't helpful.

I had to find a way to help myself.

I started to take notes about the days when I had at least some energy—I wanted to see if there were any trends or patterns that I could learn from...

And here's what I noticed:

I felt more energized on the days when something good happened—for example, I had a successful client meeting at work, or my daughter made me a cute little gift and gave it to me when I came to pick her up from daycare.

But it wasn't just that...

It only worked when I actually took the time to notice, recognize and appreciate this good thing—instead of passing it on autopilot.

The knew I was onto something. I also knew it would be hard for me to remember to do it in the midst of a busy day. So I set the reminders for myself throughout the day—to stop rushing for a minute and to look for the positive moments and occasions, such as a nice gesture by someone, or my own little victories. 

In just a few days, miracle happened. 

I started to feel less exhausted. My mood improved. I even planned our first road trip! And what is more, in a couple of weeks, my daughter’s tantrums became less frequent and less intense, and I had a much better handle on them when they did happen. 

It was working!

Since then, I have improved and enhanced this practice to not only help me stay present, but also be more focused and intentional about my day. I also wanted to find a way to turn this practice into a practical, busy-woman-friendly tool that anyone can use at their convenience.

Why Telegram? What if I don't have it?

The whole idea of "The 5 Days Of Meaningful Chats" experience is that you receive reminders in the actual moment. Because of that, I knew that email would not work. Also, I was looking for the messenger app that would allow me to send you scheduled messages over the course of several days, and Telegram is perfect for that. I could've used FB Messenger, IG Messenger, or WhatsApp, but let's just say that I am not a big fan of Meta. And big part of it is that I value your privacy very much, and Telegram is the most privacy-focused messenger out there. If you don't currently use Telegram, you can easily download it for free here (it's available for both iOS and Android, and they have a desktop version too). And no, it's not a paid promotion.🙂

Is it really free? Why?

Yes, it is 100% free—I don't believe it would be fair for me to charge you anything for this experience. My primary goal is to help as many women as possible to take charge of their lives, and it all starts with energy. I want you to be able to freely try this practice and see if it works for you. Once you complete all 5 days, you will know which particular questions made the biggest difference, and from there, knowing your unique schedule and needs, you can set up your own daily reminders using any tool you prefer.
